Vera Silke SAATWEBER founded qconsult saatweber in 2006. She has a M. Sc. Degree in Cultural Sciences and is certified European Excellence Assessor since 2007.

She has supported the implementation of the Common Assessment Framewor (CAF) in numerous authorities in Germany, in Turkey and Luxemburg. qconsult saatweber has trained approx. 3.000 people on Quality Management and the use of the Common Assessment Framework.

She has participated in many national and international events on quality and management as speaker, organiser or delegate and is author of numerous articles on the implementation of QM and CAF.

Vera Silke SAATWEBER was the German national CAF correspondent and Public Sector Special Advisor to the European CAF expert group and the Innovative Public Service Group (IPSG) from 2002 until 2005.

She has designed, organised and carried out the 6th and 7th International Speyer Quality Award for Public Administrations 2002 and 2005.

• Moderation of change processes (change management)
• Project management
• Surveys (customer surveys, staff surveys, assessments of the superiors)
• Very experienced in the use moderation and presentation methods and communication skills
• Conductor of numerous seminars, trainings and workshops in various public and private institutions
• Organising and implementing conferences, expert meetings, workshops etc
• Software development (easyCAF)
